Delete your Rex account
Rex is provided by Ratermann Manufacturing, Inc. You can delete your Rex account at any time, from the app or on the web.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in to Rex in the app or at app.askrex.com.
- Open your Account page.
- Under Danger Zone, choose Delete Account, type DELETE, and confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email rex@rmimfg.com from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your Rex account.
What gets deleted
Your login and your profile (name, email address, and account settings) are permanently deleted.
What we keep
Your past support conversations are kept for order-history and audit purposes, no longer linked to your account. This includes the messages, any photos you attached, any contact details you shared in them, and any tank builds you saved.
